Due to Credit Card Company policies, we are forced to put return and cancellation policies in place and in writing.

Return/Cancellation policy

No refunds or returns once the item is delivered or received. A restocking fee of 5% is payable on all items cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping policy

On-hand items ship within 7-14 days by truck delivery. Special orders ship within 7-14 days of completion, by truck delivery (our truck) freight will ship sooner.

Delivery rate is 60 cents a loaded mile within the US on our truck. 340 models are 90 cents a loaded mile within the US on our truck. Pad delivery is $75 extra, provided we can get to the pad..
