COAL burning furnaces.
These models are specifically designed to burn coal. With the
fan feeding oxygen in from the bottom, the coal burns easily. Simply but a wood furnace model (above) and add an
optional shaker grate to help get rid of the clinkers.

include the pump and the built-in heat exchanger for the domestic
hot water.
If you want to
cut down on loading
as often, you can go to the 250 model for $900 more than the 165,
because the firebox is approx. 50% bigger so it holds a whole lot
more wood! (We don't make a dime more on the bigger models).
Ditto for the 290
over the 250. With 21% more volume, you don't have to put wood in
the outside wood furnace as often. It's only $350 extra.
Bigger models do
not burn any more wood because they are so well insulated - the
extra water you are heating, doesn't lose it's heat!

The uncrated weights
include a steel pallet, so to find out how much weight you have
to lift/move, you could deduct the weight of the pallet below.
The pallet will
drop off when you lift the furnace:
Pro Series 140 pallet weight = 100lbs
Pro Series 165 pallet weight = 100lbs
Pro Series 250 pallet weight = 160lbs
Pro Series 290 pallet weight = 160lbs
Pro Series 340 pallet weight = 180lbs
You can also ask for pad delivery, for only $75, in which case
we will move the furnace to your pad (provided that we could get
to it safely, the ground is relatively level and not muddy).
Crating a furnace
will add 250 to 555 pound, which is necessary for freight
delivery.
